To bob or not to bob, that is the question. I think I've decided on the latter....at least for now. You see, I've spent the past year growing out my hair from a bob (then pixie) phase so that it would be long again in time for graduation. Also, short hair requires more maintenance/styling time in the mornings, given that my hair is naturally wavy/curly and doesn't always cooperate. The rumors are true--you will never truly appreciate the convenience of a ponytail until you go short...
That said, it's very tempting to pull a Karlie and go for the bob again--especially as the weather warms up.
What do you guys think? Do you prefer short hair or long hair?

ReplyDeleteThis is so true! I donated 16" of hair to Locks of Love in January of 2009 & I've kept my hair in a pixie ever since because it's super thick & wavy & too hard to grow back out. It's taken me a year to get it to almost shoulder length & I'm so appreciative of that baby ponytail (it's so convenient!) but I'm so tempted to cut it off again because it has no true style/it's still in the "ugly" growth stage. So you're right in saying to be sure you know what you want before you make "the chop," especially if you have textured and/or ethnic hair (I have both).
